Did you read the signs?๐Ÿ„๐ŸŒ

Last week, the oldest bank in the world was bailed out in a country that can barely afford to clean its streets.

Yesterday someone held up a ‘buy bitcoin’ sign at Janet Yellen’s testimony to congress.

Today world stocks hit all time highs.

It would appear that perhaps things are not as rosy as CNBC would like you to believe, and really they aren’t. The world is actually becoming a better place but one thing is moving backwards: banks.

You don’t want to be in the place where you look back and say O shit I should have bought some bitcoin. The best time to buy was before, the second best time is now.

The coin is strong.

  1. Do you really think so? We are hitting all time highs and all for the currency that has been regulated properly yet and remains super volatile. I don’t try to be pessimistic but don’t want burn my fingers either. And the last thing, ether or bitcoin?

Good read, enjoy all the posts. Waiting for more …

    1. Thanks for the comment! I feel that the market for cryptocurrency in general is just beginning in the grand scheme of things. It is volatile now and will continue to be for a while but over time that is decreasing as the market matures. As for regulations I would say that they are going to take some time to get in place and it is easier to ask for forgiveness than for permission. I wouldn’t wait for regulations to start getting into bitcoin because by then the price will be much higher. Most governments are fairly pro-bitcoin as well because there are numerous benefits for them from the technology.

As for the Ether vs Bitcoin thing, Bitcoin is a superior store of wealth and that is the most important thing really. There is also issues of centralization in the Ethereum foundation and I really don’t like how Ethereum is constantly pushed by corporate media, that’s not a good sign. Also Ethereum is a fork of Ethereum Classic. If I had to choose I would likely buy Ethereum Classic before Ethereum. I would wait until the ICO frenzy relinquishes a bit, buying Ethereum at 0.08btc seems very high considering the supply. That doesn’t mean the market will be rational though so if you see a good buying opportunity on Ethereum by all means go for it. Just remember that at the end of the day Bitcoins are where its at!
